First prize in the "Contemporary Cake with use of Vibrant Colours" and eventual Champion Cake of Show at the 2007 North Coast National held at Lismore.
HIbiscus, bamboo, frangipanis are all made of icing. The icing covering the cake has been air brushed and hand painted in leopard skin design. |
